**Gentle Slow Flow. Adults/Mature Teens.This gentle, slow paced class is appropriate for beginners, anyone dealing with chronic condition that affects the muscles and joints, "stressed out" adults or teens, anyone who needs to relax stiff muscles and ease sore joints and/or anyone wanting to complement their regular yoga practice with a gentler class. The focus will be on relaxing and stretching. This class is appropriate for students who are able to move easily on and off a mat on the floor.
Holidays/Snow Day/ Refund Policy: No classes held during MA public school holidays/vacation weeks (no payment due for these days) or Newburyport Public School snow days (make up will be offered if time allows). Classes cancelled for any other reason will be extended at end of session or refunded.
Child Drop Off: Parents, Please be sure teacher is in studio prior to dropping off young children. Indoor vestibule in Tannery also open for pick up. If your child is meeting you elsewhere after class, please inform teacher before class starts!
